Shipping is the one cost that depends on you as much as on us. This is how we quote it and how to choose.
Air: about 5–10 days to the UK and EU
Air freight is the default for bundles and first orders. It's quoted per kg with your order and paid on top of the piece price.
Sea: 30–45 days
Sea freight takes longer but costs less per kg. It becomes the cheaper option from around 300 kg, which is why bale and container buyers use it.
Dispatch
Orders leave the factory within 3 working days of payment. We hold your picked stock for 8 days while you decide.
Duties and VAT
Nothing on our duty-paid courier service: duties and import VAT are included in the per-kg rate and the parcel comes to your door. On sea freight for larger orders you clear customs yourself and we supply the commercial invoice and packing list.
How to decide
Under 100 kg: air. 100–300 kg: ask for both quotes. Over 300 kg: sea, unless you need it fast.
